Features of the machine

a) Key Points:

1. High precision: The precision can be controlled at ±1.5mm with the design of chasing lay and synchronous slot design which is one import feature for our machine.

3. Glue saving: our machine need 25-35 grams of glue per square meter which can save glue, save money and save cost.

b) General Introduction:

The series auto flute laminator mainly consists of automatic face paper lifting part, face paper conveying part, bottom paper conveying part, cyclic gluing unit and pressing part. It is suitable for the lamination of the printed paper to the corrugated board or cardboard over 350gsm, which has the features of high precision, high speed which is an ideal laminating machine for printing and packaging companies domestic and abroad.

c) Features by parts:

1. The face paper conveying part with four sucking and four delivery feeder which can feed the paper between 150-500gsm efficiently with the help of high pressure vacuum pump. The machine adopts pre-loading structure, which can reduce the face paper loading time greatly.

2. The auto flute laminator side lay of face and bottom paper adopts hand wheel and position display to adjust left and right to ensure accurate paper loading. The limit switch is fixed on the face paper loading unit to ensure precise lifting action.

3. The face paper delivered by the help of conveyor belt, pressing roller and automatic chasing lay. The pressing roller with a special roller for printing machine, which can effectively convey the different thickness paper. With the help of anti-curl structure, which can delivery the face paper at the same time.

4. The bottom paper feeding unit with high-strength and high-friction vacuum sucking belt with non-stop feeding. This part is equipped with paper supporter, which can feed long size paperboard. This is our bottom feeding part introduction.

5. The knurled roller for the bottom feeding part make sure the machine working stable in the high speed.

6. The auto flute laminator with the liquid level detection needle for the gluing system and the glue can be supplied according to the requirement which is save glue and save cost.

7. The gluing system adopts the combination of steel anilox roller and rubber glue even roller. The rubber roller adopts a convex design and uses differential speed metering glue volume adjustment to make the glue even and improve the gluing quality. It can be 25-35 grams of glue per square meter, which reduce the cost and improve the quality of laminated paper board.

8. The bottom paper and face paper adopt front lay elastic positioning,when we change the paper size need not adjust again. The control system can adjust the position of the face paper during the machine is running. We can adjust the front lay position by the digital display and the min adjust range can be 0.1mm.

9. The auto flute laminator use the photoelectric detector for the precision of the face paper and bottom paper.

10. The steel grooved design positioning roller with the feature of easy to clean and improves the service life.

11. The machine use the double pre-pressing rollers for laminating the papers.

12. The bottom sheet feeding system with the features of prevent the laminated sheet curving which can make sure the effection.
